Our order process is automated - and that's how we are able to offer such low prices! So, once you submit an order, the printing and processing starts right away so we cannot make any changes or cancel the orders. The app lets you know that orders cannot be cancelled or refunded before you place your order (see image below).
What do I do if my mailing address is wrong? How do I get my photo?
Sometimes the Post Office will be able to correct the mistake and deliver it anyway. Your package may get delivered to the incorrect address (if it exists) or may get returned. It can take weeks or months for it to be returned depending on many factors at the USPS. The fastest way to receive your photo is to place a new order or print it yourself at a pharmacy if you are in rush.
