While we can't guarantee a photo will be accepted (that decision is made by the passport agency), if you follow the instructions and check the US Passport Photo requirements, your photo will be accepted like most of our customers.
This is a do-it-yourself app and it's not for everyone. Unfortunately we don't have staff to review photos for customers - that's how we keep the cost of our service low. All users have to review the requirements and make sure the photos meet those requirements.

If you're not sure if you've done it right then we recommend you go to a local pharmacy or photo shop to have someone take the photo for you.
In a rush?
If you are in a rush and can't wait 7-9 business days, please get the photo done locally at a pharmacy or photo shop.
