#1) Please be sure you have updated your app to the latest version


Auto-Save

  • If you purchase a print, a copy will automatically be saved in your album. If not that means you did not give the app permission to access your album the first time. To correct that, go to SETTINGS, select Passport Booth then grant access to "Photos".


After you take your photo:

  • Press the EMAIL button and email it to yourself. The photo may look like it is embedded in the email instead of an attachment. If so, right click the photo in the email to save it to your computer. If you cannot right click the photo and save (some Outlook users have this problem) read this.


To save your photo to your photo album (camera roll):

  • To save your passport photo to your photo gallery, take the photo then one of the 4 buttons will say SAVE.  Press SAVE -> SAVE IMAGE
