The app uses your default email app to send your passport photo so it should arrive right away. If you normally use another app such as GMAIL, you may need to open the default email program to allow it to send.

If the email hasn't arrived, try the following:

  1. Open the original email app that came with your phone. Check if the email is stuck in the outbox waiting to be sent.
  2. If you have multiple email accounts (for example, work and personal), check both to see if there are any unsent emails.
  3. Verify you have a working cellular / wifi data connection. If you can browse the internet (cnn.com for example) then you connected.
  4. Instead of pressing the EMAIL button, press the SHARE button. Then either save the image or text yourself the photo.
  5. Open a new email and send it to yourself. If you get this email then try to send yourself another passport photo using the app and take a screen shot before pressing send. If you do not get the photo after 5 minutes, send the screen shot to our support group.

Did you order a print and it hasn't arrived?

Orders take 7-9 business days to arrive in your mailbox. If you placed an order but didn't receive an email confirmation (but your credit card was charged), that most likely means a) the email went into your spam folder or b) the email address was not entered correctly. We noticed that some customers accidentally enter their last name in the email field, instead of the email address. If it's been more than 9 business days and you have not received your order, please open a ticket here and we will look into it for you.
